      Wait a minute.....bored?? :scratchhead:

I seemed to be always busy (with what I really dunno :gloomy: ) and rushing daily....till sometimes, I am so fedup. :stupid: Now I'm wondering where did I go wrong or I'm simply inefficient?? Can you mommies help share some tips?

      My schedule:
6am - wake up get 2 kids ready for school.
6.45am - drop hubby at MRT and & send kids to school
7.20am - home and breakfast, flip newspaper a little
8.15am - send MIL to work and do marketing
9.30am - start all the chores - sweep and dust, mop & wash toilet (alternate days), general cleaning, laundry, cook lunch & prepare dinner ingredients etc
      12.30pm till 2pm - lunch, bathe....and out to fetch 1 kid
2pm - give lunch to 1 kid, clean up.
3.30pm till 6.30pm- fetch another kid, have teabreak with kids, cook dinner, quick mop, slot in a little coaching if possible etc.
6.45pm - dinner time, eat, wash etc etc etc....

Plus still need to cater for coaching, ironing & all the misc things.....where to slot in BOREDOM?? ๐Ÿ˜ข And on 1-2 days when both kids have CCAs till 5pm, I slot in all the weekly chores.....

      Ladies.....do share your trick.

Wow :yikes: really hectic daily schedule n yr hse must be spotlessly clean! I normally use magic mop alternate day. Weekend - part time maid for cleaning the house n ironing, etc.

It seems like u dont hv much leisure time for doing yr own thing. Really :salute:

The floor is quite clean, but many places are dusty ๐Ÿ˜‰ MIL stays with me & both DH and MIL object to part-time maid.....they seem to think that I have enough capacity to take on everything. Life was a lot worse when FIL was around and no maid. Last 10 months had a maid to take care FIL and life was better....but with both departed, it's hectic again. Guess I'll have to cut down my KSP from now on......shall miss it ๐Ÿ˜ข

Get an irobot. It's a wonderful invention!

        I have 1 already......i(am the)robot.

Is it useful for house with a lot of things? ๐Ÿ˜‰
Wonder what will my MIL say. She had commented on the various brooms I had previously (everytime say it's not as clean as using feather duster), my magic wipe etc.....sigh.... :skeptical:

If she's home, think I'll want to go out .... unless she can hold her tongue.
If not, gotta hire maid again....but seriously, I prefer to be maidless......

Btw, saw a nice article (in Chinese tho)....enjoy.

I am like cwc except I have a maid to do the chores. My typical schedule goes like this:

6.50am Pack 3 kids into car with DH, drop DH at MRT, send DS1 and DD1 to school
7.30pm At market with DS2 for coffee, breakfast plus marketing, then to his sch at 8.30am
9am-11.15am Run errands, go supermarket or surf net or go park with DD2.
              11.30am pick DS2
12.30pm to 1.30pm Pick DS1 and DD1 (somedays they stay back for class/tennis so send food to them)
2.45 or 3pm Send DS1 or DD1 for piano or berries /Pick them after their enrichment
3pm-5pm Pick them up after piano or Berries

Only have no one to pick or send after 2pm on Tuesdays. Rest of the days all have something in afternoon. Always rushing around and driving quite fastโ€ฆhaha (still safe lah of course)

Busy but bored is how I feel. Bored in the sense that I am not able to have time to meet up with anyone for coffee etc u know, just chit chat etc. Cant do any volunteer work in kids school as timing does not fit, Used to take up painting with my DD1 but stopped due to timing cannot fit in, now got allergy, lagi worse, cannot even touch paint.

The irobot is great...for the first 6-9 months. After that, the battery gets weak very fast. It does a good job on the carpet and the floor.
