And.. for the record.. I guess I never say who I'll vote for, or who should you vote for.. But rather provide views and opinions so that readers judge for themselves who they should vote for.. πŸ˜‰

:hi5: but you gave yourself away - too obvious alreadi lah! :rotflmao:

Some of the posts.. as you have correctly interpreted.. is more of \"Just for laughs\" lah.. the heart.. the heart....... I saw him mentioned the heart......

What type of guard dog would u pick tmr?

1. Doberman – Elegant looking dog n extremely loyal to their loved ones.
Can be aggressive to strangers. Obedient, only respond to one owner.
This breed was originally bred to be a personal protection dog.
Not a ppl’s kind of dog.

2. Mongrel – A common breed seen in SG.
Elegant looking would be too much of an exaggeration. One wouldn’t be proud to display its photos in public places.
Speaks funny. Not top dog material.

3. Golden Retreiver – a versatile dog good for a variety of roles
except its trusting n gentle nature makes it unsuitable for a guard dog.
Makes a good house pet.

4. Bulldog – not a pretty looking dog, just like its female companion.
Cover its face if don’t want to scare d children.
Sourpuss looks aggressive, but is actually gregarious.
Can be wilful n fiercely loyal, which is good against an unyeilding bigger opponent.

Actually, I find GY's statement acceptable, cos you can't totally not mention the word 'heart' right? Surely it isn't his intention to sway any votes. He's only speaking from his heart - ooops, there you go again! πŸ˜‰

Interesting insight: \"...if you want to be an independent director, you cannot serve as an independent director in the company unless you have moved away from the company for 3 years. This is a ruling by MAS and all the listed companies must follow this. Tony only left GIC 3 months ago..\"

If vote TT in, you are changing soup without changing the ingredient. πŸ˜‚
don't forget d power-that-is makes d rules.
Rules can be changed anytime, easily with overwhelming majority.
Was checking youtube and found TCB singing ... Count on Me Singapore πŸ™‚

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWe8L3GXXmE

Wow, TCB is making all the right moves! I am impressed. He's even strumming along! Ok, now imagine toward the end of the song, there are increasing people joining into the song, until it fills the entire stadium like on National day... touching scene..all the best, Mr. Tan!

I think as a campaign candidate, he has strategised really well... Including holding his rally at the last hour before cooling off day.
I agree Dr TCB has impressed me with his campaign strategy during this PE. Beginning from the personal mailer to our house and now his rally indoor with air-condition! Yes, making all the right moves!

Yeah, I couldn't understand the rationale of that until now - other candidates no time to rebut.

This is call having the last word!

BTW, I cannot possibly be more optimistic than TKL:

He said, \"My guess is that everyone would get about 25 percent while the winner could be someone with 35 percent. And I hope to be that 35 percent.\"
(from yahoo on his highs and lows)
He actually said dis?
Alamak, with Maths like dis,
how to guard d reserves? :faint:

He's got an unseen ghost force like Aragon
summoned to help in LOTR? :rotflmao:

It's very funny this description, and very apt. But the mongrel's female companion reminds me of a poodle....a very well-kept poodle.

okay, i dunno if this is bulldog. but the \"not pretty looking one, just like its female companion\" really cracks me up. i'm bracing myself in case bulldog wins - for the next 6 years of looking at her picture in papers.

my first news on bookie's 'offer' is

if 偷您蛋 wins by more than 5000 votes (against the next closest), the one who buys him will get 85% of his bet money.

Still trying to make sense out of this 'offer'... (seems to imply he will win by more than 5000 votes).

PS: This is the good time to take taxi and most can tell you about the various bookies' offers (of course you must appear 'harmless' for them to start talking to you on this. I will chat the driver up straight on election and then ask casually for the fun of it, \"So, how the η›˜ now huh?\" and they will start to bla bla bla heartily away...)
If 偷您蛋 wins by more than 5000 votes,
d bettor still loses 15% of his bet.
Dis could mean it's going to be close fight.

my maths also very terok, and I don't gamble (during world cup, had problems understanding what is 'pang pua liap' - give up half ball). Anyway, looks to me they are still banging on TT to win, and win big.

my mummy say, nothing good to say, keep quiet. I keep quiet.
