My P3 child science drop from 85 SA1 to 68 SA2 and she is in Learning Lab. I am planning to withdraw her and look into Private Tutor or Enrichment Centre, Tony Buzan or Perceptum. Can anyone advise me on this? Thanks.

My son's ex-classmate fm P2 only managed 70 marks in P3 Sc SA1 though he is in TLL Sc. He av marks for other subjs in P2 were in the 80-90, so his mum was v upset. I think she withdrew him fm TLL too, not sure where is he now. For another boy who scored around 80 in SA1 w/o tuition saw improvement in SA2 to 87 marks, after joining Sc Hub for a couple of terms. It is a big improvement as most kids scored lesser in SA2 than SA1 in his class.

I think besides enrichment, parents can also help to reinforce key concepts and facts at home, so that kids can really benefit fm the enrichment.

                        Its depend your child’s needs.

Maybe you can discuss with your child and find out whether its benefit her by going to enrichment course or 1-1 tuition. just a suggestion.
