Have been scared several times by foreign workers lingering in dark corners around developing housing estates. Why do they like to wonder around like that in the dark? What are they up to? You can hardly see them at night -and they wear dark clothing some more… No racial discrimination intended. Thinking of reporting to Neighbourhood police to ask them to patrol the area more often…
