Just wondering if anyone here makes or has tried making their own lotus paste? Would like to ask for some tips with you if you have made them before…

I find commerical mooncakes too sweet. Maybe one day I try baking my own mooncakes… one day…

You can do it too. Matter of getting a good recipe and mastering the skills. My mooncakes used to look really ugly when I first started making many years ago! :oops:

Emmm ..... not that they are so professional looking now, :oops: :oops: but just that they definitely look better than when I first started making them!
