I am a mother of 20 months and 9 months old baby girls. They are hyper active and are super climbers, thanks to early exposure to go-go bambini...
I am having a hard time finding activities to educate and entertaining my girls although I am a FTWM. So I hope you guys can help me...
You'll definitely see me around.... :celebrate: -

It's great your kids are still so young as there is so much more opportunity for you to spend time with them during the most important years of their lives to groom them into the independent adults we aspire them to be. That's what KiasuParents.com is for

Well, different kiddies will respond to different ways of toning down
the activeness. For mine, i worked with them the Montessori Method
of learning. Good sitting down activities, which require concentration,
repetition and patience... which indirectly led to more quality quiet
times/activities. Once the routines are in place, the results will show
itself. It's still hands-on without the need for getting hyper. Hahaa!
The active part from them came from Tumble Tots, which in turn was
a good thing cos they became an all rounder kinda kiddies. And the
Tumble Tots sessions helped build confidence and esteem.
Our playground sessions were active too. Cause i am the sorta mummy
who will slide down and climb up with them whenever we go out to play.
So, since i was the tomboy myself in my youth... guess that contributed
to their DNA as well bah..
