Heard Zoe Tay lives near Hoalland Village - landed property, so quite near NYPS and Henry Park. Ballot result shows there is fairness and transparency and no preferential treatment just because she is a celebrity and performed at NYPS function to help raise funds. Btw, Chen LiPing Aiyoyo’s son, Chen Xiu Huan’s 3 daughters all in NYPS too. Have seen them around:D

ZT house is much nearer to HPPS (almost like spitting distance) than to NYPS, around 3km away
