I have been having piles since preggy with #2. Getting worse with each pregnancy.

My edd is early Dec. Still have to tahan 3 more months. Haha, ya, can't wait to rest my back after my delivery...but then it will be my boobs that hurt due to breastfeeding...hahaha. :rotflmao:

I wonder is it the same....after my DD1, when I have constipation, there will be a small piece of flesh \"outside\". My massage aunty taught me a way to push it back. After a few times, it was back to normal.

I taught after 6mos, the spa will not conduct pre-natal massage on preggies? Or is yours just rubbing the back kind in sitting position?

My frens also told me abt pushing it back. I think have to wait till after delivery for it to go back to normal.

I think still ok to do pre-natal massage as long as they know the right way of doing it. I have to lie down on my sides during the massage, not in sitting position.

When I was preg, I asked a few spa that provide such service and they told me about the after 6mos thing.

I am also not feeling well recently. Back ache due to pregnancy makes me quite sleepless at night...and also got piles problem..sigh!!! :gloomy:
