Oh so baking sheet does the trick huh? May I know when you air fry with batter, is it very crispy and as yummy as oil-fried?

I have it and I love it. Now I can buy those finger foods without feeling any guilt. I know a friend working in one of the big electronics store and can offer a very good price. Not earning anything from it, just want to share this lobang. If you need his contact, PM me. But it's only the branch in Jurong.

Can I hv the contact ? I am very keen. Thx

I saw the demo, They only cook things like frozen fried items like fries. Thought they tell u can cook fried wanton, fried chicken wing or keropok but they don't demo all these.

I can give it to you, no problem. But from the posts above, why not you take a look at the demo 1st coz I haven't tried many types of food with it unlike other forumners. Don't let it become a white elephant. 😄

I also want to know. Have been thinking of buying it but not sure if it’s a good investment.

                      'cause fries are cheaper maybe?

Bought this a few months ago so wouldnt be able to comment on its reliability though online warranty is for 2 years on philips website when i bought it.

So far so gd for me. Tried out fries, nuggets and chicken wings. For chicken wings, i put a piece of aluminium foil n spread a bit of butter/oil/margarine on foil before putting chicken wings on top of foil. This is to prevent the chicken skin from sticking. For nuggets and fries, no need to add foil or oil. Just dump in n shake halfway during cooking if you want them to be more evenly cooked.

Knobs and controls are simple to use. Just set temperature and time. There is a time and quantity chart given for a list of common foods cooked, eg fries, wedges, chicken, steak, etc. So i just use that as a rough gauge of time required and add on more minutes later on if needed.

For chicken wings, have tried out airfrying with batter as well as just seasoning with soya sauce n a tinge of sesame oil. Both methods have turned out fine for me as the chicken wings were pretty crispy. But i have no baking oven, so unable to compare with those produced from oven.

So far like the convenience as the kitchen is not oily after use though there is smell of the airfried food. Only thing is i wish it can cook more food at one time because i have to cook the chicken wings in batches. Overall i am happy with it. But this is definitely not an inducement to buy the product. Everyone's standards and tastes vary so do check out the demo before deciding if this is a worthwhile investment. 😄
