Juz like ytd.. helper told me abt it.. the word 'SPADE' they both can't pronouce but DD1 actually went to find another book tat has the item in it and told helper its the same.. though both of them cldn't figure out wat hw to pronouce it..

Mine has S&D, music and Chinese

There are many centres for phonics class. Is your DD in kindy / CC? Now it's rather common for kindy / CC to incorporate phonics into their curriculum.
