i’m thinking of applying for PV in Nan HUa. My DD is born in 2008. Based on the sch website, applications for those born in 2007 will close in June 2012. So do i have to wait until 2013 to apply for PV or can i apply in 2012?

You should try to apply once the application for the previous year has closed, meaning Jun 2012. Better be early than sorry.

Hi all, my application for PV for a primary school was turned down and the reason given was due to overwhelming responses. Just wanna checked here with experience parents that can we appeal for it to the school, is there such a process??

Personally I felt that this reason given overwhelming responses is unacceptable, base on what criterial the others are selected. The selection process is not transparent enough.

Any inputs would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

schools should think of the feelings of these parents, try to create appropriate number of vacancies.

School accept pv ,then if later under 2B phase either balloted out or no chance to ballot, PARENTS complaints.
School cannot accept more PV, also parents complaints. :spank: :?:

Exactly what NYPS' Principal shared with us parents...

During PV application, parents pleaded to accept more PVs so they stand a chance to become PV.

After being accepted to be PV, parents pleaded not to accept more PVs so they stand a better chance to get a place.
