Answer for 27 is the best available answer among the 4 give.
For question 19. I'm not sure 1 is the correct answer cos it still look like a closed circuit to me.

Could be because when the bulb is removed the circuit is broken - assuming that the bulb holder is not the key to completing the circuit probably because it is made of plastic? -
