You are indeed too late for the GRL route.


The rule of thumb is to join GRL 2 years prior to P1 registration.

My fren called nyps and was told to apply for child born in 2008.

Possible that nyps takes in PVs earlier because they are required to clock 80 instead of the standard 40 hours.
