tankee:

price difference is so much?

Better check the version. Maybe clearing stock of version 1. Ch U TV ad include a demo of differences between version 1 and improved version 2 of this frying pan.

Ya, better not get a fake one too...

Thanks for sharing mamabliss!

May I know which supplier from Gmarket you ordered from? Is there a warranty? Will look at your blog soon. I will most likely get the pan when I cook more regularly.

I bought mine through the seller \"AK Mall\" however, they don't seem to be selling this pan anymore. Many of my friends, bought theirs from the seller \"Star Shop\" in GMarket. I bought mine the first version for $30. Just as good but I can’t stand not washing with soap and water.

Thanks for sharing mambliss! Most interesting what can be cooked in the pan and with such ease too!

Couple of Qs :-

What dimensions would the larger pan be, is that what you bought for S$63?

The pan cannot be washed with soap & water?

Thanks!

[mamabliss]

Hi CMF,

There are altogether 4 different sizes of HappyCall pans. To what I've read in the description in GMarket, here are the different dimensions
1) New Pressure Pan (this is the basic pan) - 275x240x55
2) Deeper Pressure Pan (this was the pan I bought) - 275x240x75
3) Thin Pan - 245x210
4) Jumbo Pressure Pan - 300x250x85

The pan can be washed by detergent, I've been washing it like I've been washing my regular frying pans. It's ok

Hope that helps!

I noticed there’s an additional charge ranging from S$8-15 with each order even with free shipping from Gmarket. Any idea what is that for?

There are so many dealers at Gmart, which to choose from?

[BigDevil]

The price quoted is normally for the thin pan…probably good for burger, or fish fillet…those "flat" food.

You will need to pay extra for those deeper pans.

[dasalo]

The normal size need to pay $8 extra.

Deeper pan $13-15 depending on retailer.

Therefore $62.90 isn’t the final price. The actual price should be $70.90.
