pen88n, i actually like drinking black beans soup,
Peanut with chicken feet can also add in black bean (don't need too much). Supposed to 补血. Add in dried scallop for more taste.
ya.....black beans are good for darkening of hair and 补血
but my hub often complains of heaty whenever i boil black beans soup,
so i will substitute it with other beans..... -
I like black beans soup too but only get to drink it during my confinement.

Maybe it’s very nutritious and also cheap. -
