      Black bean is gd to reduce water retention,nourish kidneys too…


      Can try apple soup to very sweet n tasty!

        Black bean soup - this is the dish frequently given to inmates in prison. I heard it from an old neighbour whose hubby was in prison.

        Maybe it's very nutritious and also cheap.
        oh isit ?? yes, most probably becos it is nutritious (nourish blood) and cheap...

          any1 has constantly tried it out b4...wonder does it really work??

                  So no need to go salon to dye the hair, just go kitchen to cook the soup to change to the desired hair colour.

                    :rotflmao: no la... TCM.....thing that is black in nature (eg black fungus , black bean, black sesame seed) will nourish the kidney.. also help in darkening hair! But no instance lo.....

                        oh....i read it from the chinese TCM books and also heard from one of radio programme
                        abt how to achieve dark healthy hair.....
                        they recommended black beans boiled with \"he shou wu\" (δ½•ι¦–δΉŒ) a few pieces will do.......
                        basically black beans are high in antioxidants and vit E......
                        its natural anti-aging medicinal properties helps rejuvenate skin and hair .......
