Happy Call Korean Frying Pan

Tempted to get the pan fr gmarket but every seller claim tat their pan is authentic n made in Korea .... Who to belief ? :?

I know what you mean. Somemore, these 2 days' prices lower at $55-59 before option vs earlier was $62.90. I have been eyeing the pan but still scared about the authenticity so have not acted.

Thanks for checking out at Robinson today. If possible, can take some photos with your phone on how the products look, like is it 90 degrees when open on more than 90 degrees, the handles (with holes or no holes) etc. After reading the motherhood forum's thread, so worried on which supplier is authentic.

I didn't get to see the pan! the stocks hadn't arrived when i was there before 5pm.

I asked the staff for the Happy Call pan and she asked a Korean promoter to speak to me, I've no clue that it's not the same brand. She said it's $99 like Smurf said.

Smurf, do you know what brand is it then?

forgot already. but its definitely very different from this pan. its a korean bbq kind of pan.

Just came back from robinsons. According to robinsons, they dun sell this pan. It's the other kind of pan which sells for $99 before any discount. And it's not even this brand. It's just a Korean BBQ pan.

Strange? The local staff there did not know what kind of pan I was talking about but the korean staff did. Why is it now that it's another pan? I am suspecting it was a one off promo by a third party concession stall holder. My korean friend who speaks good english and lived here for more than 20 yrs could not have mistaken what I have said about the pan.

I would not be buying from Robinsons since my friend changed her mind and as for me, I am going for the deeper pan online. Nevertheless, I will still go to Robinsons with the pic to ask the korean staff again. Tmr or maybe next wk and I'll update.

hmm, the staff said that robinsons never sell before (but they know what pan i was referring to, even when i didnt mention the brand name, they auto said the brand). they asked me, from the TV one right? i said yes, they ask me to order from the TV phone number.

I bought mine through the seller \"AK Mall\" however, they don't seem to be selling this pan anymore. Many of my friends, bought theirs from the seller \"Star Shop\" in GMarket. the one with magnet and no hole at handle for hanging right? That is exactly the one on TV and with Happycall written vertically in the middle, correct? If that is what you guys talking about being authentic. It should be made in Korea and not China as they don't do OEM.
