Heard my students discussing, to pick object at/in/by/? random? Most of them put "at random".

I checked the dictionary. It is "at random".

So \"at random\" should be correct. Some students put \"in random\" as answer.

What is the answer for deceiving in editing.

No one in my DS's class knows it

Hello! DD put deceitful. Wrong or right, hope no one get :spank: jkjk!

The answer should be 'deceptive'. 'Deceitful's root word is 'deceit' but students are supposed to use the adjective of 'deceive'.

My friend’s daughter is worried more about her not writing down the right index number than the english paper itself, which incidentally, she found to be easy too. What happens if a child writes the wrong index?
