Facial Treatments

I'm not really DIY facial at home other than daily cleansing and moisturising routine...will try to go the nearest neighbourhood beauty saloon to have a facial once a month and a good massage

-
My DIY facial at home consist of an thorough cleansing (wash twice with foam), a scrub, some light squeezing of black head or white heads, followed by a mask or 2 - sometimes one mask is for pore cleansing and the next one is for hydration. This will end with the usual washing and putting on moisturiser. Total time taken is about 45mins.
Sometimes when Iโm running out of time, or Iโm on a busy travel schedule, I will do this DIY facial at night before sleep. The last step will be a hydrating sleep mask, and that will be washed off the next morning. -
I will cleanser/scrub my face first then I will also boil hot water, pour into sink and use towel to cover myself to steam my face. After that I will use towel to wipe my face dry then Iโll do extraction. After extraction I will cleanser my face, apply toner and put mask. (But if really very red I will apply toner first then use the crystal facial ball to stop the redness.) as for my eyes I will use used tea bag to over. Timing will set at 20mins. If using soft mask will be longer 20mins.
If you got oily or sensitive is better to use water to cleanser your face to prevent irritation. -
Anyone tried Isis Doc? Any feedback?
Think I have reach a point where my own efforts are not enough. Ok, I am lazy as well.
I don't think I want to travel all the way to town specially for some treatments so wondering if some of those aesthetic centres at places that I frequent will be better. Isis Doc is one of them. The other one will be Jean Yeap. -
Hi hi I'm new to this thread but enjoyed reading all your posts so much! I normally go facial once a month but since my son is having his psle this year, I've actually cut down on my beauty regime.. I was lucky to have stumbled on this Enjo product from Austria and their facial gloves that miraculously lift oil n bacteria kept me going for a year ! so now I just live with the facial glove n ampoules n actually saved a lot in the long run :rahrah:
Blessing in disguise I should say

any homemade mask recipe to share here?
-
i used to go for facial regularly but not now as i dont have any1 to help with the housework and kids.
i love it when she squeeze the blackheads out of my nose and use the needle to prick the skin. the harder it is the more shiok i feel (of course she would object cos not so good for skin). but i feel happy cos it felt as if all the stress has been squeezed out of my body.
so after 2 or 3 months, i always look forward to the facial treatment. -
Hah?? LOLmum"the harder it is the more shiok??" Wah!! I canโt take it. My threshhold for pain is very low. I teared whenever the beauty therapist uses too much strength. I always tell here "no need to be so thorough". The only thing I enjoy best is massage. Especially in Thailand or Indonesia. Donโt know why the standard is so different here.
Nebbermind, you can visit this blog Viva Woman. She has a lot of home made recipes for face mask. -
hi peapot,
i love the pain but she knows not to bruise my face. i feel the stress and toxic releasing from my body with every poke, squeeze and prick.
sometimes i forgot to tell her to go easy on my brow and at the end of session, :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :yikes: :faint:
too late for me, so always stress to dd & ds - leave the brows alone when they go for facial. -
i worked near Katong Plaza and there got aot of beauty salon and hair salon. Singaporeans like to take care of their face:)
Recently my friends and me tried out sheep placenta capsule and it works for us well. You guys can have a experience . It helps you to reproduce more cells to rejuvenate/slow down the anti aging process and make you feel younger!!The product can be bought in 50+ salons in Singapore but the price is more expensive. can PM 9643 6687 for more cheaper price.
