aiyo e moe website shows 75 app for SJIJ...so tt shd be the correct figure lor...haiz very stress! if within 1km has increased no. of app then those under 1-2km will be very critical...n worst for those >2km

Its funny when the MOE web indicates total 2C vacancies as 59, but a check with sjij this morning, they say 2C vacancies only 57. They also said there will be balloting for 1-2km, as 40 are vying for 35 places. So those > 2km no chance liao.

Will need to find another school for 2CSupp. :?:

Hi, newbie here. Can someone please tell me is calling the school to ask for breakdown of numbers of applicants staying less than 1km, 1-2km and more than 2km from school the only way to monitor? Can I monitor by physically stationing at the school? Will the school chase me out? (crowd control) :? [/code]

Yes the only way is to call the school to check the breakdown of the distance. Of course if time permits & you have the stamina, by all means you can station at the school to have \"Live Updates\" 😛

              Hi There,

Could anyone advise me on my son's standing in his enrolment to SJI Junior next year; his father is an old boy of SJI and an alumni. Not sure if that will put him in good stead. Would appreciate your replies. 😄

                Runaway,
you should be able to find more information http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=487, especially after you analyse the \" Balloting History of Novena schools\" to find out more about your chance as an alumni of the school.
