Hi phtthp! I know it's a bit late but I really appreciated your effort in updating the status during P1 reg. It is really useful cos we can always come back to this thread to check those numbers registered during each phase at each school, esp for parents who are using it as reference for next year's registration. (MOE's updates are gone once P1 reg period is over!)

Mummies who have the thought of putting their child in AI do consider I encounter some bad experience with their teacher and now I hope to get a better school with a more delicate teacher for my girl.

This year (the July just pass), Northland,for the first time ever, has balloting during phase 2B (PV, grassroot phase) for those > 1km.

Every year, for phase 2 C (based purely on distance), there are more applicants than vacancies and balloting have to be done.

P1 in 2015 means you need to apply in 2014. If you are interested in becoming a PV, you should start clocking 40 hours from 01 Jul 2013. Yes, you should keep a lookout on when registration for PV starts for your school of interest next year.

AI teacher simply don’t care for their student. My girl forgot to bring her maths workbook to school and I only get to know 2weeks later when the teacher call to tell me about it and ask my girl to complete 28pages of homework by one night.


Test paper which require parent singature and return to teacher but I forgot about it. Coming to a month already and yet the teacher can’t be bother to call and check on it. Speechless on AI teacher
