I got the 5.5cm pan... Is already heavy for me dun think I can handle anything heavier than that.

Hmmm...then perhaps it's good to get from 99miles since it's the 5.5cm pan with hole in handle. How would you rate 99miles?

Agree that the pan is indeed hefty!

I purchased my pan on 24 sep, they delivered on 2 oct (Sunday) but I wasnt home so I called on 3 oct morning and they promise to deliver in the afternoon before 4pm. The pan came at 345pm. Happy with the purchase from 99miles so far. My mom also want the pan but now the price is so much higher than the $ I paid for mine , waiting for the $ to drop before I buy for her

Haha.. Sori, nt sure if it is authentic but am quite satisfied with the pan after using it to cook veggy and pork meat for the past two nites. First timer cook though; using pan, but my hubby and kids luv the veggy and the pork meat is pretty soft.


Coating wise looks the same as that of BigDevil's pic. Oh...by the way, mine came with a paper covering the pan when I first got it, the pic on the paper looks like that of the fish cooked in the pan as show on the manual.

I juz use about half tablespoon of oil or less and cook with garlic. Fry for a min or so and throw in veggy accordingly to if they need more time to cook; I also flip the pan once after about 3 mins (depend on what veggy u cook) and then leave for about 2,3 mins. I used a wooden spatula for stirring occasionally only. I didn't put anything else except a little bit of salt juz before it is ready.

Think the manual says we have got to wipe the inner coat with sufficient oil before first use; under low heat. I am kiasu, so I followed what it states.

The happycall pan does come with hole and no hole i the handle, as mention in my happycall blog. http://superbmothers.blogspot.com/2011/09/happycall-pan-faq_19.html

The Standard Pan, Thin Pan all comes with the hole and non hole version. The deeper and jumbo does have hole in the handle. So mums, you can be sue the pan are authentic. As mention in blog too, most Gmarket happycall vendor sells authentic one.
