DS2 also likes these....wow...is this a new fad among primary school boys or what. He has a few books already, but maybe I should get him the whole box for Christmas too since buying the balance separately may cost more too. For his after exam present, I have bought him 1 WII game and 2 PS3 games. So he has started vegetating in front of the TV from this afternoon after HCL paper

Vlim, not working today? Plan to buy a gift for DS as a reward for his hard work. Ask DS what he wants and DS says the whole series of horrible science books 'to begin with' (Wa, maybe followed by 'horrible history', 'horrible geography' & 'murderous math' etc etc???) :moneyflies:
DS hardly asks for toys or games (except his DS Pokemon series) as rewards. DS likes to read and collect books, and once he starts reading one book must collect whole series! :moneyflies:
The Horrible Science and Murderous Maths series are my DS' treasures since P3 / P4. He simply refuses to let me clear these books out of the bookshelves as he will re-read them once in a while. Other books read once or twice and it's over and done with.
It's much more worthwhile to buy the 20 books box set for Horrible Science, compared with individual books which are priced much, much higher. What you pay for 6 individual books already exceed the price of the box set!

:imcool: Today has to be one of dd happiest day ever. She came back after chilling out with her clique at the mall, contented & energised. After which, she went straight back into her favourite hobby : writing stories... non stop for over 3hrs!
She also had her whole week of menu drawn up too as we hv abstained from all fast food during this period due to her sensitivity. :rotflmao:
:please: To all DDs & DSs, May ALL hv a Happy Children Day & stay cheerful always!!! This shld be the last Children Day that u gonna celebrate! Cheers!!! :grphug: -

Hi Funx3,
Errrrrrrr .... Not sch Team Mate, unfortunately.Tinkerbelle:
Wow...impressive!!! :salute: Hope your DD enjoys herself. A nice break from the books & nice to bond with her team mates once again. :grphug:
She's the Newbie in the Team. But just hope tt the older Jie-Jie and fellow P6-ers is receptive to this new mate

Oic....no worries, I'm sure your DD will be well taken care of by all the 'shi jie' and other P6 team members. Heard from my friend that gym gals are usually very cohesive, right?? :grphug: -
Haha, now just need to bring along two story books and enjoy reading , chatting and game time at the school.
