a) NUS High admin replied -

Sorry, there is no Open house in Nov/Dec 2011. Our next Open house is next year 2012, sometime in April. Do check with our school website, nearer the time.

b) HCI admin replied -

there is no open house held in Nov / Dec 2011. With the changes to the new Junior College calendar, we have shifted our open house to beginning next year, 2012.

The open house for HCI will be held on 11 Jan 2012
(Wed). The new term for JC 1 (i.e. posting date for JC 1) is on 31 Jan 2012.

Monthly Tours around the RI campus - for those who missed RI Open House 2011


If you missed our Year 1 Open House on 21 May 2011 (Saturday) but would like to have a tour of the RI campus (Year 1-4) for the purpose of admission to Year 1 (2012), you can now do so.

Tours will be conducted every last Thursday of the month, from July to October 2011, from 3.00pm - 4.00pm. The dates for the tours are :-

(a) 28 July 2011 (Thursday)

(b) 25 August 2011 (Thursday)

(c) 29 September 2011 (Thursday)

(d) 27 October 2011 (Thursday)



Please send an e-mail to the Corporate Communications Dept at [email protected] with the following information :

(a) Name of Requester :

(b) Name & School of Student Seeking Admission :

(c) Handphone Number of Requester :

(d) Number of Persons coming for Tour :



All tours will begin from the Year 1 - 4 General Office and will set off at 3.00pm sharp. As there will be other guests in the group, we regret that we will not be able to wait for those who sign up, but arrive later than 3.00pm.

Requests should be made at least 3 working days before the date of the tour - we will acknowledge all e-mails received and confirm receipt of the tour request.

Do note that it will take around 5 - 7 minutes to walk from the Visitors' Car Park to the Year 1 - 4 General Office. All visitors (either driving or coming via public transport) should enter via Gate 3. Please click here to view the Year 1 - 4 campus map.

This would be the open house for the JC section already. Not for the secondary school section. All JCs have open houses around those few days in January every year.

the open house for HCI High School section is on a different day from that of the College Section.

the High school Open house is usually held around end May, just before the start of Direct School Admission.
