verykiasu2010, you are referring to NY? This year should be more than 30%.ctct61t:
I'm very curcious how many students from Top/GE school clear round 1 GEP test . I think this will reflect a school realistic level.
last time during my DS' year of GEP screening, his class has 32 out of 39 cleared round one, whole school approx 30% cleared round 1
may not be the same every year
they do the round 2 test at home ground -

not trying to put down the schools, but we all know that much of the time alot of the parents in these hot schools have the extra resources, to make things happen!! -

That being the case, would think NYPS has highest number of students clearing round 1. Its cohort is not small and >30% is a very high number. :imcool:

For those I met the reason is always the kids refuse to change school couple with the fact that GE centres are too far from their house or they have older siblings in P6 which make it not advisable to switch school with the younger sibling.
Anyone here passed the second round but did not take up the GEP offer? -
verykiasu2010:
Thanks. Yes, NYPS usually ard 40%+ 250 and above, inclusive of net increase in GEP kids in P4. Very impressive set of results! :boogie:
