My preference will be andrew er as it is cheaper and good. If cannot get in as there maybe a awaiting list, then go for Fabian. Can consider mind stretcher too!

now i cant decide between these for next year p4 math:

          onsponge $180
andrew er $214 (same price till sec 4)
          fabian $300
concept math $200-$250 ($50 per lesson)

          any one can advise?

Bring your kid to the list of tuition centers you have shortlisted and let him/her decide which one he/she is more comfortable with.

fabian is too ex. i guess i wont touch that yet.

andrew, concept math (class is full already), and onsponge abt the same price. fabian teachs himself, that’s why its more ex.
any reason why andrew or fabian??

What is the duration of the classes?

I would choose either Fabian or Andrew depending on who actually teaches personally.

i was told that fabian teaches all levels himself. andrews teaches sec sch and sometimes p6. fabian is $100 more than andrew. andrew is cheaper in the sense that from p4, the rate is fixed till sec scch.
