      phtthp:
      for 2009/ 2010, any idea:-

      - what range of PSLE score majority of the average pupils fare so far (i mean ... if fail to get into any of these 5 minority classes) ?

      - what was the lowest score ? > 210 ?
Hi phtthp, you may be interested in the following which is the average of all the P6 girls (including GEP):
      2008 - 235
      2009 - 234.7
2010 - 231.4 (last year's PSLE top scorer only 282, a significant drop from previous years' results)

        Lynn2010:
i heard from another parent. But i heard these 2 girls scored >90% (high 90s) in their GEP papers for SA1. Maybe a brief interview or something but according to that parent, direct CO w/o interview. I heard it during RGS doing their rounds of interviews for Geppers.

Very impressive. I'm guessing the girl who scored 396/400 in the prelims must be one of them. Do we possibly have a PSLE top scorer in our midst? :xedfingers:

If I see a lot of reporters in the school grounds on the day of the release of PSLE results, first thing I do is post it here, so all RGPS parents can rejoice together. :xedfingers:

Not all those that get to E / F Class are extremely smart.

If they cant cope ,they will be back to their normal classes. It happens all the time.
Yes, there is definitely in/out movement from p4e/f to p5e/f. My dd is in p5 next year. Nervous, man! But must prepare myself in case she is out of e/f.

[/quote]dont worry, if she keeps up with good results frm sa1, there should be no problem. 9 came out and 9 went in last year. Yes it can be very competative being in the two top classes.
