and we are moving those small items. maybe just shift 2-3 boxes whenever we are free?

for movers, we intend to ask them to move big item like washing machine and 3 storeroom shelves cabinet(cos they are quite heavy).

not sure how much would that cost. :?

Actually if you using movers, might as well ask them to quote for the must-things to move, then ask them to quote you separately for estimate # of boxes that need to be moved by them. If everything can be loaded into 1 truck, the incremental cost to move the boxes should be marginal.
      smurf:
hmm, we are thinking of asking cash converter man to come up to take a look cos a lot of things we dun want to move, so maybe can sell off or trade-in. like tables, coffee table, fridge, cabinet, etc.
We have use cash converter before when we moved our business things (when we closed shop that time) to sell there. One equipment which cost us $400 was sold for just $50 plus tat equipment only 2 months old.

If you want to use cash converter, suggest you ask the garang guni man first, their rates might turn out to be higher. Cash converter is famous for under-quoting you and customers still go for them cos they already took so much effort to move the things to their shop. So, no matter how low the rates are, customers will still sell them.

Just call them to your house lor when they call out for old newspapers in your area. I dunno them too lar.

But that's how I sold my TV and DVD player. The quote was quite good, said my TV was a really old model, can fetch good price in lesser developed countries. Don't make sense right?

The fengshui's been approved, my brother approved.

And best of all, my father got someone to help me take down my favourite crystal lights and installed in my new place! If I had to leave my crystal light in this house, I might 😢.

Try calling Collin Tan (83561006) of Chuan Liew Enterprise,
or Dave Tan (96580708) of Tan Peng Leng Trading.

We used them when disposing some office equipment.
