one possible conclusion : younger smarter parents produce even smarter kids

disclaimer : I am not implying the other way round :siam:

Hahha! I was thinking the same thing. ๐Ÿ˜„

And for this possible conclusion to be \"conclusive\", we need a set of older, smarter parents to produce some kids for comparison. Err, any volunteers? ๐Ÿ˜‚[/quote]I am older but dumber, so disqualified :(, sigh!

        sorry, Off topic.

perhaps can ask many existing GEP parents here to collect data - at what age did you give birth to your GEP child ? any mother gave birth, say - past 35 to 45 yrs old range ?

i think if mother is around 38, considered โ€ฆ gao lin can fu ? because when go NUH Fertility clinic, was told by gynaecologist & Test tube baby medical consultants โ€ฆ that quality of the egg deterioriates, as a mother age. Doctor advised that best quality egg from a mother is at her prime, aged around 17 - 28. Doctor also mentioned that not just mother, but Fatherโ€™s contribution also important, Fatherโ€™s age also plays a part.

Possibly that's why some have elder kid in GEP but not the younger ones.
Gave birth when mummy was younger.

What defines 'smart'? Must hold doctorate? Then my friend disqualified. Both husband and wife are diploma holders.

                      My friend's ds1 in GEP, ds2 didn't clear round 1.

Among my siblings, middle child is the smartest.

                      I guess hypothesis doesn't hold then ๐Ÿ˜‚
