Andrew Er is not for everyone. My P2 daughter was on the wait list for a long long time and finally got her into balmoral, weekend class. But her results plummeted soon after a term and we faced the difficult decision to pull her out despite veiled warnings from the staff that once we pull out we won’t even dream if being on the wait list again.

Turns out that my girl met a few friends from her school and they ended up chatting than doing work, I wonder why the teacher was not more proactive to engage them. I’m intending to check out OnSponge but I’ve since hired a 1-1 tutor.

Hi mothers, my elder girl is currently with Andrew Er Learning Hub. Shes P2 this yr. I must say, after trying out home tuition and another well-known neighborhood tuition center, we decided to settle down with Andrew Er Learning Hub.

One significant change which i see as very positive change is that my girl can now tackle maths questions with great confidence.
She did well for her emplacement test and accepted by Learning Lab late last yr but decided to go for Andrew Er.
Mr Andrew is a very friendly man and i heard that he will personally plan for the lesson either weekly or monthly.
I think as a mother, its important for children to gain confident with a subject before excelling in the subject; "learn to love the subject and the subject will communicate with you in a unique way"

                        Hi mochan02
However, mochan02, Yes. I agreed what you said. As Children to gain confident with subjects before excel.
And also not easy to gets a good tutor as in Friendly teachers’ too.
