            I hate the drivers. I also hate those not lending a helping hand. However, somehow, I just hate the mother of that poor little girl most. In the jungle, wild animals know how to protect their youngs - "Kids must be seen, not heard."

                佛山政府部门奖励拾荒阿姨陈贤妹2万元

                2岁女童悦悦遭两车碾压,躺在血泊中七八分钟,过往的18名路人无一伸援手,最后得到一位拾荒阿姨的救助。悦悦的伤情牵动着大家的心。昨天,经过一系列治疗,悦悦的血压、心率等生命体征趋于稳定,有了微弱的呼吸。但悦悦脑干衰竭的状态仍没有明显改善,也还未恢复自主呼吸,仍命悬一线。昨日下午,悦悦做了一系列脑电检查,结果今日出炉。

                昨天下午,佛山市南海区文明办、大沥镇政府的相关人员来到拾荒阿姨陈贤妹的家中,对她的爱心行为表示嘉许并予以2万元的奖励。南海区文明办的负责人认为,陈阿姨这种热心救人的行为,值得社会各界学习。昨天,一些市民自发到医院看望悦悦,希望“悦悦一定要坚强,一定要活过来”。

                有好转趋势仍命悬一线

                经过广州军区总医院ICU(重症监护室)两天半的监护治疗,昨日上午有好消息传来,悦悦终于恢复了微弱的呼吸,整体有好转的趋势,但仍未脱离危险期。

                据该院神经外科主任王伟民医生介绍,昨日上午悦悦恢复微弱呼吸的同时,也出现了腹壁反射,这些在临床上都是好的表现。由于悦悦的升压药用量有所减少,心率、血压等生命体征也趋于稳定。但目前,悦悦仍未有有效的自主呼吸,两侧瞳孔也处于散大状态,脑干衰竭的状态没有明显改善。

                为了能更客观地评估悦悦的病情,昨日下午,医院为她做了一系列的脑电检查,结果将在今天出来。这一系列检查能让医生更好地判断悦悦的状态,为下一步的治疗提供指导。“一旦发生脑死亡,那么电波是会拉直线的。”王主任说,万一悦悦真的不幸发生了脑死亡,那么也将由脑电图和脑干电诱发电位实验来最终确定。

                要闯几道关未来很难说

                眼下,悦悦还面临着几道难关要闯。“未来7到10天是水肿高峰期,现在关键要促进脑水肿的降低。”王主任说,脑水肿的消退是一个自然的过程,既需要等待,也离不开医生的帮助。“要靠药物、呼吸机等手段去支撑住生命,让她挺过去。”王主任说,如果在这段时间内,悦悦能够逐渐恢复,那么在生理上还可以保得住,但这一期间内仍有可能发生不测。

                据介绍,人体在遭受严重脑干损害后,若出现双侧瞳孔散大、短暂呼吸停止等症状,死亡率将高达99%。而针对悦悦的情况,ICU主任苏磊表示,因为悦悦年龄尚小,正处于发育期,可再生能力和抗打击能力都较强,因此她目前的生存概率有多大“还不好说”。

                原因

                失血休克致伤情加重

                据了解,造成悦悦严重脑水肿的原因主要有两个;其一,悦悦被第一辆车猛烈撞倒后,后脑部首先着地,造成严重的颅骨骨折,其次,大量失血导致悦悦发生失血性休克,也间接造成脑部的缺血缺氧,进一步加重了脑部损害。

                王主任介绍说,悦悦遭受撞击后,产生了严重的颅骨骨折,同时还伴有颅内的血肿。经过当地医院手术抢救之后,手术部位仍有一些渗血的情况,整个脑部处于肿胀状态,直接影响到了脑干的循环和功能。

                ICU病房的苏主任也介绍说,从录像上看,第二辆车虽然只是压到悦悦的腿部,但却造成股骨下左侧发生骨折,并引发相关区域产生巨大血肿,而事后悦悦又没有得到及时有效的救治,这些都导致她发生失血性休克。“脑部的缺血缺氧,会进一步加重脑部的损伤”。

                广州街坊慰问希望悦悦活下来

                昨日下午3时,正是医院ICU病房允许探视的时间段,尽管未到上班时间,却有不少热心街坊出现在广州军区总医院ICU病房外。昨日前往的5名热心市民中,既有学生,又有老师。他们端着慰问金、花束前往医院慰问。“那些路人很冷漠,但世界上还是有很多热心人。你们一家人要加油!”打气声、慰问声,声声暖着小悦悦及其父母——王先生夫妇的心。

                “333”红包寓意“生生生”

                家住开发区凤凰城的黄小姐下午3时来到ICU的探视通道,她是一名小学教师,趁下午没课,便请假赶往医院探望。虽与小悦悦一家不沾亲带故,但看见小悦悦孤零零插着喉管躺在病床上,不禁泣不成声,哑声地在窗外呼喊:“悦悦你要坚强,一定要活下来!”

                黄小姐随后将一个写着阿拉伯数字“333”的红包塞到悦悦妈妈手中,“你拿着这个红包,333,广州相当于‘生生生’,祈求悦悦走出鬼门关,坚强生存下来。我家也有一个2岁的小哥哥,有空和他一块儿来探望你……”

                18个路人对血泊中的悦悦视若无睹,对此黄小姐愤而指责:“小学生都知道对人要有爱,在现场目击悦悦倒在血泊里的都是大人,怎能如此冷漠,太没血性了。”

                人情冷漠唤起90后爱心

                同来探望者的,还有广东省电子信息工程学校的4名师生。带队者曾老师将全校师生在一个上午募捐的7000多元递到悦悦妈妈的手上。

                18岁的女学生陈同学是学校派去探望悦悦的代表,这名90后看到病床上悦悦弱小的身躯时,眼泪夺眶而出。她说:“悦悦的遭遇令我觉得心寒,那些人太冷漠了。这件事会改变我的价值观,以后更该加强社会责任感,要有爱心,哪怕自己无力回天,也要做对得起自己良心的事情——想尽办法救人!”

                奖励

                广州公司奖5万提供工作

                昨天下午1时许,广东赛格车圣导航科技有限公司广州公司的负责人沈先生来到广州军区总医院,称征求悦悦家属的同意后,会将出资捐助悦悦治疗的费用。该负责人表示,为了让悦悦尽快恢复,他们公司管理层决定帮助悦悦一家,也是企业应尽的一份社会责任。

                “我们明天也会去看望拾荒阿姨,我们希望这个社会应该是好人就有好报。”该负责人称,公司决定奖励阿姨5万元,也将征求阿姨意见,希望给阿姨提供一份保洁工作,让老人能够有稳定收入。

                费用

                悦悦父亲希望大家帮忙

                面对络绎不绝的热心人士前来慰问女儿的伤情,悦悦父亲王先生表示非常感激大家的帮忙。昨日医生告知他,悦悦的病情已趋于稳定,对此,他表现坚定,认为女儿不会让他失望。

                “之前有人说我女儿脑死亡,但医生只是说这不是绝对的,脑干还没有完全死亡,我相信医生医术,相信奇迹,医生说没有‘完全死亡’,我女儿还是很有希望醒过来的。”但想到后续治疗费用将非常高昂,王先生坦承这方面是需要更大的帮助。

                “根据医生所说的严重程度,我们是再难以负担后续治疗费,就算肇事者赔偿,估计不会太理想,因此希望更多热心人士能伸出援手。善款我愿意在广州军区总医院监督之下使用,不会自己接收。如有多出的钱,愿意捐给其他患者。”王先生说。

                  This isn’t an isolated case of how it is like in China. In the past, there had been cases where the victims who have been involved in hit and run accidents have turned around to accuse those who helped them. These have been made worse by judges who convicted those who helped to be guilty, citing ‘or why would you have helped’.


                  Such experiences contributed to the peoples compulsion to ‘mind their own business’. Some attributed it to the history of China which lead to its present day of how people put money and material wealth above all else, even human life…

                      what stood out from this tragic news was the old karung-guni lady who pulled her aside and shouted for help…she was the only one with a heart amongst those cold-heartless passer-by
