can i ask, why & when do you need to flip over the pan?
if you were to flip over the pan, does it mean the oil will also leak out all over, from the ventilation hole?

If you flip it properly, you should not have any leaks. That's what the silicon tube is there for.

I guess why you want to flip the pan is the same reason why you want to flip your food when cooking in a normal pan. Since the heat is applied only to one side of the pan, you will want to flip it so that you can brown the other side of whatever you are cooking.

That said....I don't cook, so what do I know? :oops:

If you are cooking food with gravy, when flipping the pan, tilt it upwards instead of down otherwise the gravy may spill from the ventilation hole in the centre. It should not leaked from any other sides of the pan due to the silicone tubing.

I know coz I cook with this pan a few times liao... :imcool:

Just received all my 3 pans from D Seller, they arrived quite reasonable timing, 9 days, bought all on 9 Oct. All come with 2 original sealers. As expected, the standard happycall pans are all without the hook hole, the earlier version. A surprise is that, they are wrapped with layers of bubble warp.

Their number is 6513-1193 (provided by Starshop). I called them previously as I wanted them to call me before making the delivery. The delivery uncle did call me but was like just 5 minutes before reaching my house
