Hahaha...no ginseng, but got coupons for lots of coffee. Hopefully just as effective.

      No coupon no coffee ?
Not everyone in the premises entitled to free coffee ?

Haha, that's not what I meant. Basically the markers are treated like children ngiven a few dollars of coupon per day, to be exchanged for food or drinks. If used up, then too bad lor! No caffeine![/quote]So ngiao. Very civil service hor?

Thatโ€™s why itโ€™s good that we have parents like vlim and Pen88n who try to make the markers more comfortable, by supplying ginseng.

Tomorrow is another siong day. It is not too late for parents to find out which is their DS/DD's marking centre.

No ginseng, cushion also can; the older markers sure to appreciate.

Oops! Did I confuse you? Sorry, I was just kidding. The school would never reveal such details. It's all hush hush.
But if u r interested, u can recognize a marking centre if u see padlocks at the gate!

Are the teachers paid extra to mark the scripts ?

Sounds like quite a miserable 4 days.
Canโ€™t even have unlimited supply of coffee and snacks.
