PM cc in north, or east area?

Hi everyone,
I'm considering to put my no1 in a half day cc (PM) instead of sending him to enrichment classes wen he reach 3yrs old next yr, as I wld like to brg my no2 to toddlers enrichment class.
Not considering full day cc for no1, as he will b attending PNPG AM session.
Wld oso like to spend some time w no2 while no1 is in cc, as enrichment class w b quite short (max 3hrs usually).
Anyone hv good half day cc to recommend in the north or east area?
Or any parents can share how they manage w situation like mine?

Possible to bring No2 for enrichment classes while no1 is at Playgroup?
