How many sweets must John give Mary so that Mary will have 12 sweets more than John?

                  What is x?

                  3/12, 6/9, 5/10, 7/8, 1/14, x/11

Of which they shaded 3/12, 5/10 and 1/14, seems like a pattern or something…

                        3/12, 5/10, 1/14

                        numerator + 2, denominator -2, from 3/12 to 5/10
                        numerator - 4, denominator + 4, from 5/10 to 1/14

                        6/9, 7/8, x/11

                        numerator + 1, denominator -1 from 6/9 to 7/8
                        numerator - 3, denominator +3 from 7/8 to 4/11

Complex series... :siao: right for P3? 😉
