Hi, anyone knows if HK will be very cold in Nov? Is sweater good enough or must bring thick jacket?

Good to check the weather forecast.

We went in late nov/ early dec last year. It was not that cold. Just a light jacket works unless you are going to the peak at night. It was freezing with the wind. That was like the coolest place. Otherwise it was just normal clothing for us.

          Hi all,

Sorry me not sure how to reply using my old thread. The reason is because my mum (elderly) and my girl abt 3YO is travelling together with me and my sister.
          So total 3adult n 1 child.

Initially wanna take train, but seem that we gotta pull our laggage and look after my girl, maybe easier t tk cab. Seem like taxi is really ex right. Maybe look for private transportor…they charge cheaper?

We used a pte van due to large amt of luggages after 1mth's stay but it dropped us at the airport's car park far far away, instead of drop-off pt due to some dunno-what restrictions, so we had to walk almost half an hour too! So do b careful when dealing w them.

Did u book Shamrock Hotel from a Sin travel agent or online hotel booking?

2 twin rooms or 1 triple room?

How much did u pay per night?

3 adults by train = 300 HK$, plus all the up the and down and transfer ...... and if the taxi is HK$360 and is point to point (door to door) then it is worth it. HK$60 extra is like S$10 and save old the hassle for the old folks

sometime cannot save every cent when on holiday lah ....
