Hi, I need help on how to read the ballot history.

Referring to Rulang Pri 2010 (300 places) for example,
Phase 1: TUR 44%
Phase 2A: APP 46%, TUR 70%
Phase 2B: APP 113%, TUR 85%

Does that mean, in phase 2A, there are 138 applicants (46%*300) but only 78 (70%-44%*300) places available?
I tot if in Phase 2A(2), it’s like confirm got the place, isn’t it?

TUR by P2A was 70%. It means that by the end of P2A, 70% of 300 places or 210 places were taken up, leaving on 90 places for applicants of subsequent phases.

P2A is not confirmed. This phase is still subject to balloting if demand > supply.
