        This pan gives the effect of grilled fish… not fried. It’s good with saba shioyaki, salmon and cod. Oily fish. Retains moisture and taste better than oven grilled. I don’t think it works for less oily fish.

                Oh... pleasure is mine. I didn't think it was that wonderful a recipe except that it is easy and fast to make, and fills people up.

                      Good thing I am not a fan of potatoes so Chen's pics did not sway me. But I must say the idea of the banana cake in the pan is intriguing.
