Happy Call Korean Frying Pan
-
I forot to thank Chen for the potato recipe. Thanks Chenonceau!

This pan gives the effect of grilled fish… not fried. It’s good with saba shioyaki, salmon and cod. Oily fish. Retains moisture and taste better than oven grilled. I don’t think it works for less oily fish.
-
Unless if put more oil…
-
Grilled is healthier anyways.

Oh... pleasure is mine. I didn't think it was that wonderful a recipe except that it is easy and fast to make, and fills people up. -
Definitely not for frying fish. More for grilling and stir fry.

Good thing I am not a fan of potatoes so Chen's pics did not sway me. But I must say the idea of the banana cake in the pan is intriguing. -
ya, i think more for oily fish. for lean fish, i dun think its that ideal.
haha…think GRILL is the WORD. sorry, moi ingrish no good…
