If it is clean laundry, still not so bad. Last time, my neighbour will air the sons' mattress, which is urine-soaked every day. Can you imagine the stench?

Yes it is not as bad but still dun feel good! Mixed feeling of tell or not to tell... 😓

If you keep your front door closed all the time, then maybe it’s better not to say anything. Look at it positively, when water evaporates from the wet clothes, cooling takes place and the air around actually feels a bit cooler. Plus, some detergents smell really good…

If you complain, they may take offense and then sabotage you with something smelly… like urine-soaked mattress…

cannot understand why people hang their laundry along the common corridor especially the undies/bra and then complain of being stolen by sickos, these people deserve it, don't they??

We love to open front door but bcos of this, hardly do so. Another concern is of cos probably safety issue from fire hazard point of time as the corridor is reduced to less than half its size which is small to begin with being a old estate.

Not complain definitely otherwise sour the relationship but perhaps to voice our concerns and talk to them nicely.

hm..............very tricky. if complain to town council or neighbours, the relationship might be strained. headache. :stupid: but i think this is better than getting a flat tha have paints thrown on the door (o$p$).

read from papers what neighbours-from-hell do to their neighbours:

                  1. pour urine to their potted plants/doors
                  2. sweep rubbish to neighbour's door :siao:
                  3. hang undies across the ceiling so poor neighbour have to walk under
them to get home everyday :slapshead:
                  4. bang their own grille doors every time they go out/return
                  5. pray outside the neigbour's house with incense and muttering curses :siao:
                  6. throw bomb bags containing urine
                  7. throw poo/stained sanitary pads downstairs
                  8. throw potted plants/knives/chairs/cooking pots etc downstairs
                  :yikes:

My new PRC neighbour left a wardrobe, mattress, bedframe, bicycle outside the house. If I talk to them, no matter how nicely, I’m sure they’ll take offense. Their door is facing mine, so got to bear with it.

think shd just remind the TC to put up large notices to remind residents not to leave old furniture etc along the common area. 1stly, some of these r fire hazard. and in case of fire, makes escape difficult.

corridor or common area shd have enough space for wheel chair to pass. Otherwise shd summon the occupants.
