I suppose as parents, we can only guide, and frankly, we also do not have a crystal ball to foretell which is the best option for our kids. The rest is up to the kids.

The reassuring thing would be that within the IP schools, the quality of the water has a certain standard. So as long as the water doesn't dry up and the fish (regardless of size relative to the other fishes in the pond) doesn't drown, I think we need not worry too much πŸ˜„

At worse, if really a misfit - there is still the option of transfer. My ex-neighbour who's DD is in NYGH told me two girls from NYPS who opted to go RGS (through DSA) later decided, and managed, to transfer back to NYGH (something like within the first month of term starting).

      TwaTau:
We have already submitted the preference on Wednesday, getting the horse to say out loud his preference, and got him to do a eye ball check again before I submit it online.
The big fish in small/medium/(closed to big) pond or small fish in big pond thingy is still messing with my mind. This DS of mine is laidback, for him to end up being a small fish in big pond spur him to develop himself or will it be just making him layback further.
听倩由命吧. I guess we can only help him this far, the rest will be really up to him.

Half an hour more to go for the submission of preferrence.

If you haven’t done so, drop everything and find a PC now.

So by 3pm it really completes this year’s DSA process.

So will we be separated out to a DSA 2011 thread ?

Well said. Already got Dragon Fruit why want to change?

My DS stills waiting for his Apple (WL) to come. However, will try for Dragon Fruit or Durian if possible....

              Hi Blur Dad,
Wish your ds best of luck and able to get to his dream school! πŸ™

Hi Blur Dad, I also wish your DS 101% great success in getting his Dream Fruit!!! πŸ˜‰ ... Hmmm, actually Durian, being the King of Fruits, is not bad too (if Dragon Fruit out of stock)... πŸ˜‰ :boogie:

Thanks all for the info and advices. Looks like a better bet is still to get them to work really hard and get a high T-score. DSA is like really meant only for the brightest 😞

                        Thank you

Hope DS will get his Durian (King of Fruits) eventually. Have been in dilemma whether to apply for the only WL(apple) on hand or not, however to be KS, we have applied for the WL just in case.
