But if u mention that parent can choose not to place kids in to foundations class then it should be fine la..

Parents will have to put in more effort.
Oh.. So it is something like the normal stream of secondary schools... But student taking the foundation subjects also take the same PSLE?? I thought i saw there is foundation score on the school website...

Yes there's foundation score, probably to show that the students are not doing badly. They take the same PSLE papers.

Must clarify. They sit for different PSLE papers. Mainstream papers vs Foundation papers. Not exactly the same exam papers. Exam code is different. Can check out MOE and SEAB websites for more details. šŸ˜‰
I see... so it should be easier than the actual PSLE paper...

Understand too. Agree too. Why must 'label' them? Gifted, mainstream, foundation. The so-called foundation kids may be gifted in other aspects actually. The most important thing is for parents not to label our own kids and make them feel bad. Easier said than done, but we have to try our best to develop our children's potential. šŸ˜“

Dunno how much easier. The definition of easy paper is so subjective. I looked through those PSLE questions discussed in other threads and I :faint:!!! I wonder if my own PSLE paper is considered P3/4 standard now! Or worse, P1/2 standard only! :faint: :faint: :faint:

if different papers, when it come to T-score, do they just get T-score among the foundation group or all together?

Hmmm...dunno. Hope it's among their own group. Should be based on that particular paper's mean and standard deviation for calculation.
