Has anyone been to California Science Centre in LA or Discovery Science Centre in LA as well? Any comments? We will be in LA with kids of 9 & 11 year olds. Many thanks.

Yes definitely do the ESTA. I just came back from NY and while they didn’t ask for it in customs its gd to have on hand. US customs are by far the most troublesome i’ve encountered!

Is it compulsory to have a biometric passport to apply for visa waiver to travel to USA or a machine readable one would do?

Just went to the website and saw the Step 4 is for making payment

When I did mine in Sept 2011 it was still free
