Is it compulsory to have a biometric passport to apply for visa waiver to travel to USA or a machine readable one would do?
Where is the cheapest place to apply for ESTA or it is standard price?

When I did mine in Sept 2011 it was still free -

Hi all. I will be going to SF LV and LA next sat with my parents DH and 2 DD. Can someone advise me how much is sufficient for the usage like shopping, makan per pax? Most places accept credit cards right? Did you all buy the Disneyland tickets online or over the counter? Anyone tried the character breakfast?? If yes, can recommend me.
