      Yum pulled pork.

Wow! I like how detailed she is in her instructions. B..b..but 13hrs to cook 8lbs of pork. :yikes:

If you come back here and tell us with the Happycall the cooking time can be cut to 2-3hrs, I may just run out the buy one just to make this pulled pork dish.

Ok what... just gotta soak the pork the day before lor... I'm actually wondering if HappyCall can bring the internal temperature up to 225 or not. Am wondering if I should just do it in the oven instead. Dun wanna waste a perfectly good cut of pork shoulder ... hmmmmmmm... :?

ummm.... she slow roasted the pork shoulder for 13 hrs after marinating it for 8hrs. Even if you get a smaller shoulder of about 4lbs, that is close to 7hrs of roasting.[/quote]Oh... is it hah? I din read that part. Must be cock-eyed. Anyway... my shoulder is 500g. That's only 1lb right? Should be done in 1 hour.

:congrats: Which seller did u make yr purchase ? I am not a great or regular cook myself, but I get one anyhow after reading so many positive reviews. Hv managed to use my new toy yesterday. Yes , very easy to clean & wash. The only setback I hv is the drying part. As the pans are connected, it looks clumsy while putting aside to dry. Any tip fr any experience use ? I believe I can't disconnect the 2 pans right ?

I just open it up and left it to air dry or u can wipe the excess water off using a clean cloth then air it dry.
