Just to share that Popular now has offer on their school bags at $28, $38 and $48 depending on the design. But provided must purchase their textbooks. I just bought the one at $48 by purchasing one textbook (moral education). This is because the school has not release the book list yet and I'm Kiasu, scared that the bags will be gone during this offer time if I don't act fast.

IMHO, there is no need to get expensive bag when the child is at lower primary. the SPI bag that I bought for DS1, the buckle inside the bag has already torn apart. after only few months usage. although the bag in general, still function, but he can't buckle up the books, and therefore the books are left loosely in the bag.

I would think a simple ergo bag from pacific bookstore is suffice, at least for lower primary. coz even if u change a bag a year, wouldnt be so :moneyflies: :moneyflies: .

Luckily for me, his school provides a big range including very small sizes. So he is not even wearing the smallest size. His shorts comes with side buttons so can expand as he grows. 🙂

The impact bags i saw are quite big. 😞
