      Oh, forgot to mention.....I added white chocolate drops into the batter and on top of the cake. ๐Ÿ™‚

              I donโ€™t cover right from the start. I cover only after it has risen browned sufficiently.

                For my chiffon cakes, I also use a aluminum foil to cover during the baking process to prevent browning too fast :)........my friend praise that it also help to prevent the top from cracking

                    Chocolate Brownies requested by my daugter. The pic did no goodness to the brownies but the taste is good!!!!

                      The recent coconut cake that I baked had a crack on top. When do I place the foil paper?? At the beginning when I put the cake in the oven??
