      I’d rather we just scrap all these phases. It should be, if you live within 1km of a school, you have automatic entry.

              those flats built 40 yrs ago were very, very old.

              73 sq metre is very small.

              if flat is run down, need to factor in another sum of renovation costs.

                however, it is next to Farrer Road MRT (circle line) and can walk to NYPS

                        Near your place got popular pri sch n u think all vacancy should be given to within 1km. Near other ppl place may have cinema , famous bah kut teh etc, they also think they should have priority above any other factor.
                        Like tat how ? U dun let me go near your house hawker center , I dun let your child study in near my hse pri sch :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :?
