Currently only E/F are acknowledged to be the stronger mainstream classes. H is just hearsay. So it's better not to state it here and speculate in case it leads unknowing parents to the wrong conclusion.
          πŸ˜„

I hope this H hearsay is existed by my selfish motives, so chances located in Good classes will be higher. πŸ˜‰

          maybe H stand for High-ability πŸ˜†

u should hope for more existing P3 students get into GEP so other mainstreamers can have more chance to get into E/F :boogie:

πŸ˜‰ I do really hope more RGPS girls get into GEP, but it seems the result is not so ideally.

Well, the only way to see what level the H class is, is to gauge their level average per subject. Heard the highest score for chinese Language and level average came frm the H class. (errr... this maybe heresay again) πŸ˜‰

Home modem down and I was also down this past few days…so many additional posts. Guess the GEP-rs know who they are liao. To all parents and little ones!

                Luanee:
U referring to the GEP letters? Oh but my dd's teacher has emailed us that she has given out the letters to those selected for 2nd round. And if no letter means not selected? So funny ah.
The ones who didn't get selected got a white piece of paper with rather encouraging words. Just wondering too, what the \"Other Programs\" pertain to πŸ†’ DD was sooooooo relieved coz she said she didn't want to work too hard :scratchhead: and since all roads lead to PSLE…. πŸ˜†

:hi5: we need to make friends, ctct....mine told me the same thing for Math...then after a little bit of grilling, says she didnt' understand about 7-marks worth. When the results came back? πŸ˜“ πŸ˜“ They don't know the power of their carelessness! πŸ¦†

Maybe our DDs have been friends already.
My friends told me there may need 2 more year to wait our babies being more aware...I'm waiting.

Yes, ctct61t, πŸ™ that they'd wake up before the PSLE indeed. Needs drilling hehe!

My DD did not change her CCA next year. There are a lot of CCA trainning during this holiday.
Wah! At least needs less amusement loh! But co-ordinating transport can be challenging :scared:

Seems like akan datang ....Hopefully, it'd NOT be heresay
The teachers do make a lot of difference - of course, that is not to negate the influence of the parents.

It's like the stretch programme that some P3s currently are part of (hear that it's 95 and above for that subject in P2). My gal is not in any of these but the preparation for some of the higher order questions seem to be better for these gals. So it's a case of natural ability, plus exposure! πŸ˜‚

My DD got this letter as well, and her CCA partner gave her a big Hi 5 after getting the result. :slapshead: I'm also quite curious about the \"other programs\" refering to.

My DD was so exciting about her holiday CCA trainning. She likes to stay at school to play with her buddies.
