went to a friend's new house recently. it is a corner house at the end of the road on the top of a slope.

wow, the view is fantastic..........................you can see far and the whole estate is right beneath you from the side of the house.

        so bright and windy.

some people are so lucky (told my friend so ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) to find nice houses. free hold and less than $3m bought this year.

Kinokuniya, I like you but I donโ€™t like your children section any more. It is a nitemare moving and looking for a book there. You have a good collection of books there but please do something before more books are damaged by ugly people.

Boys' Brigade hopes to bring cheer to record 29,041 beneficiaries

by Olivia Siong 11:33 PM Nov 08, 2011 TODAY

SINGAPORE - Christmas has come early for five children at the Rainbow Centre whose wishes came true on Tuesday as part of the annual Boys' Brigade's Share-a-Gift Project.

For eight-year-old Sukhveer Singh, a new swim suit was enough to bring him some early festive joy.

He was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and is the youngest of four children in his family.

He had wished for a swim suit as he had outgrown his present one.

The Boys' Brigade announced it hopes to bring cheer to a record 29,041 beneficiaries this year through its Share-a-Gift project.

Share-a-Gift organising committee chairman Lui Chong Chee said: \"I feel very confident that we can reach the target of over 29,000 beneficiaries this year.

\"We never underestimate the heart of Singaporeans, they'll always want to volunteer, they'll always want to help.\"

The gifts were presented by the Boys' Brigade and presenting sponsor Prudential Singapore.

The project will take place from 23 November to 20 December.

The project is open to anyone and invites contributions for general food and household wishes like rice, oil and powdered milk.

The public can also adopt a specific wish from any of the three Boys' Brigade Share-a-Gift Specific Wish Trees, located at Ang Mo Kio HUB, Jurong Point and nex Mall in Singapore.

For more information, the public can contact the Boys' Brigade at 1800-227-4273 or visit http://www.bbshare.sg
