Back !! drizzling for the past 2 days in HK..dun go to streets in tsim sha tsui with pram will really tire u out... cos the roads are up and downs all the way.. and the noobcook website really good, i went to some and the sogo counter for laopoping, really must see clearly else will miss cos they din even put up the name of the brand..
Phew! It was sunny when i was there last week. Supposed to rain last Fri & Sat, but weather turned out otherwise.. hence, my trip to Macau and Ngong Ping was pretty enjoyable.
On the whole, after so many years, I'm disappointed that majority of their MTR stations are still so 'pram-unfriendly' with only 1 lift and 1 big exit gate; sometimes got to walk the whole station to find it... -
allcc6, yes agree on that… we have to turn big round to look for exit for pram…

DH usually bot wife biscuits from its Sogo outlet too. However, e batch last mth was really disappointing. Out of the 3 boxes, 2 boxes were mixed w 1-2 pcs of harder, yellower ingredient (not as fresh?) biscuits. V distinctive, as I happened to eat a nice 1 followed by the lousy 1.
You can also get it from Causeway Bay Sogo Basement Food Hall. Han Heung has a counter there. This one will be easier to locate.hanhui:
starlight1968sg,
Yes, there's a Han Heung wife biscuit outlet near Yau Ma Tei MTR. It's along Nathan Road, walk down towards Mongkok MTR & the shop is on the left. Not a very big shop though. Hope this info helps;)
Was still wondering y they would 1 2 do such a thing to ruin its own reputation. Now that I see that they were having financial difficulties, so no wonder. I heard 大四喜 is quite nice too. Any1 tried? -
Why everyone likes wife biscuit :?
I don't find them that nice and the quality of these biscuits are quite inconsistent.
